Policy/programme Analysis and Formulation
A good problem analysis and programme formulation are prerequisites for successful implementation. Because of our experience with complex institutional programmes and our technical knowledge of programme formulation and logical framework analysis (LFA), we have been involved in the design of new programmes and in the analysis of development policies.
Some examples are:
- Revision of logical framework of Aceh Forest and Environment Project funded by multi-donor fund/World Bank (2007).
- Recommendations on EU Food Aid policies in Ethiopia (2006).
- Updating of Master Plan study of the Abbay Water Basin - formulation of M&E/MIS strategy (2006).
